I am a 1991 graduate of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and have been in private practice for over twenty years. I represent individuals in a variety of areas including consumer bankruptcy matters (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies); domestic relations matters (including divorces and dissolutions); and small business owners with a wide variety of transactional and litigation issues.

When I first started looking for an attorney I needed to find one who was experienced, could meet my needs, and would not charge me way more than I could afford, especially in light of COVID impacting my income significantly. I messaged a few and Martin was quick to respond and give me all the information about filing, what to expect, a timeline, and all the final costs with nothing hidden. He was very professional and easy to work with at all times.
