I highly recommend J and S demolition and hauling for any project. I hired them to do my pool demolition.
Juan was very professional from day one. He provided detailed estimates for three different options. I went with the lowest cost option to just drain the pool and fill with dirt
His crew was friendly and courteous. They made every effort to carefully complete the job and when they finished you couldn’t even tell they were here.
The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done.

We used J&S Demolition to remove a pony wall that separated our kitchen and family room. We contacted 3 different companies and were quoted 2-3x as much to do the job. J&S was responsive, fit us into the schedule quickly, showed up on time, and did a great job. They also capped the electricity in the wall and provided a dry wall contact for us. Overall, we had a positive experience and I would recommend.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once i view the request, i provide a ballpark quote to the potential customer. If I get a callback then I proceed to ask for pictures or schedule an on-site estimate, in some cases a simple description over the phone will work. I will then provide my pricing for the job. If the customer agrees with the price we move forward, we schedule the job and complete the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of customer, from diy homeowners who need leftover junk removed from a project they're working on, to customers that just need a quick junk pick up after a long day of moving, to demolition concrete for a customer that is undergoing a big project and needs to keep on schedule, to customers that need to stay on budget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Make sure you get the right specialist for the job. And check reviews, let past customers tell you their experience.
