FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent, straightforward, and built around what your project actually needs. Smaller design jobs are flat-rate. Larger or more complex work can be billed hourly so you only pay for what's required. Here's a general starting point: → Logo Design: starts at $250 → Branding Packages: start at $550 (business cards, social media graphics, print materials, and more available as add-ons) → Hourly rates available for ongoing or retainer-based work Scope, revisions, and turnaround time can all affect the final number. Any adjustments will be clearly outlined in your contract and scope of work before anything starts — no surprises, no hidden fees. A 50% deposit is collected once the contract is signed to get the ball rolling. My pricing reflects the quality, originality, and strategic approach behind every design. Not sure what you need? Reach out! I'm happy to go through options with you and figure out the next steps.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things clear and organized so every project runs smoothly from day one. Here's what working together actually looks like: 1. Free Consultation We kick things off with a free 15-20 minute call, video chat, or email, whatever works for you. We'll talk through your project, answer your questions, and figure out if we're a good fit. 2. Booking Your Project Once we're aligned, I'll put together a proposal. After you approve it, sign the contract, and submit your deposit, you're officially on the schedule. 3. Project Questionnaire You'll fill out a detailed questionnaire covering your brand, goals, audience, and design preferences. This is what shapes the entire creative direction — the more detail, the better. 4. Research and Strategy Before anything gets designed, I dig into your market and industry to make sure what we build actually sets you apart. I'll share a brief so we're locked in on direction before concept work begins. 5. Concept Development This is where it comes to life. I develop initial concepts tailored specifically to your brand with variations and real-world mockups. 6. Revisions and Refinements You share feedback and I refine from there, making sure that it feels intentional and aligns with your brand. Keep in mind that additional revision rounds can affect the timeline and the overall cost, which is always outlined clearly in your scope of work. 7. Final Delivery Once approved, you'll receive your full set of final files — high-resolution, print-ready, and web-optimized in every format you need, along with any brand guidelines to keep things consistent going forward. My goal is to make this feel easy, collaborative, and worth every dollar. Let's build something great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design and spent over a decade directing creative for well-known brands before going independent. That includes time as Senior Art Director at Mint Mobile and T-Mobile, leading campaigns across paid media, email, and brand partnerships. Before that, I was at Discount Tire directing brand and social creative, and at the Scottsdale agency Ideas Collide leading new business pitches across multiple industries. Design and branding move fast, and I stay current on where things are headed — because the work has to be relevant and not just pretty.
