- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based solely on the size of the grill, only measuring the grates. Severity and age of the grill doesn’t matter to us, it’s a flat rate every time which means no surprise fees for our customers, no matter how long it takes us to get it clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What you see if what you get, we have nothing to hide! We explain our process over the phone and on the job so you always know what to expect every step of the way. We have a very thorough process of protecting the surrounding areas of the grill and perform all of our cleanings on site for the day you book, we never uninstall a grill and take it with us to clean it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grill cleaning and repair was an unexpected trade I picked up from family during 2020 to help support my family, which then turned into a job I truly enjoyed. I later opened my own business in Las Vegas and now have expanded to the Phoenix and surrounding areas to be closer to relatives.
