Super responsive and reached out multiple times when I missed their calls at first! They were able to come out and give us a quote very quickly, and then able to schedule us soon as well! They completed the job quickly and on time and we’re very kind when they came for the quote as well as to complete the work. We got probably 6 quotes to get the insulation in our attic updated, and Koala was by far the most reasonably priced and the most responsive. Would definitely hire again if we ever needed further work done!

I highly recommended Koala Insulation east valley. Professionally done and affordable. The crew kept the worksite clean. My son's room is the hottest room in the house, and now it's much cooler, as well as the rest of the house. I am very pleased!! Definitely call Jim or Bill, they can help!!!

Great people, great service! I HIGHLY recommend these folks because of their prompt, professional service. They were very respectful of our household, which means they treated us with courtesy and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. Since this was just completed, I haven't had enough time to evaluate the benefits. One thing I did notice immediately was the quietness in our upstairs rooms. I'm expecting to reap the energy saving benefits very soon!
