- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of clients, from plumbers and retail workers to small business owners. From very little property to complex property issues. From minimal debt to large amounts of debt. Every case is different.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped a client who was trapped in a high interest loan on her mobile home. We got the lien reduced so she could pay it off in less than 3 years. We agreed on a reasonable fee for her case that she could afford. She recently received a Chapter 13 discharge and her case is now completed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All attorneys and petition preparers are required to disclose in writing what they will do for you and what it will cost. Ask what services are included in the flat fee and what services are extra. This should be spelled out clearly in your fee agreement.
