Hands-down, the most professional and trustworthy cat sitter I have ever hired! Lisa was a dream come true. She made daily, 30 minute visits with my 15 year-old tabby cat while I was out of town tending to a family member’s post surgery care. Each time she came, she sent me short video snippets of she and my cat, re-assuring me that he was happy and okay without me there. She watered my plants, and brought in my mail every couple of days too! As a project manager by profession, I very much appreciated her paperwork and attention to detail. Her forms were extremely thorough, and everything was kept tidy in a beautifully branded folder. Very, very impressive! Lisa will be my go to cat sitter for all future trips!

Lisa responded very promptly to my request for her Cat’s Eye Cat Sitting service for a 5-day trip I needed to take in August 2024. I was very impressed with her friendliness and professionalism and thoroughness over the phone, which extended to the emailed paperwork she sent me and our meeting a week before my trip. I think her pricing is very reasonable. It was clear from the get-go how much she loves cats and enjoys engaging with them. She was certainly terrific with my 12 y.o. kitty who she came to care for twice a day and who very much needs and enjoys attention. Lisa was great about keeping me in the loop, texting me daily videos that were very reassuring, as I could see my kitty purring and playing and eating and clearly doing just fine. Lisa was very good about following my instructions for my kitty’s care, and she also took in the mail and opened and closed the blinds daily, put out the recycling and easily understood how to use the alarm system. I very much appreciate her requirement that upon my return to the house, I contact her to let her know I had gotten there safe and sound and could resume taking care of my kitty kid. In the house I found that she had left for me a thank you gift and a day later I received a thank you card for using her service, both of which were super sweet of her. It was a most excellent experience and I surely will contact her again whenever I might need to go away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, LISA!!!

My kitties acted like they didn't even miss me, which indicates to me they liked the service Lisa gave them. I liked receiving photos and short videos of them playing. Made me feel comfortable with being away. Lisa went above & beyond my expectations!

Lisa is awesome. She cared for my cat Tigger for a week and I knew he was in great hands. You can really tell she cares about cats and treats each cat as if it were her own. She played with my cat and gave him lots of attention.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most popular visit is a 30-minute visit for $20. Discounts are available for first-time clients. Payments may be made by cash, check or Zelle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free meet and greet to new clients, giving you and your cats the opportunity to meet their newest "staff member". We would like at least 4 days' notice to schedule your consultation. We will, of course, do our very best to accommodate last-minute requests. Included at the consultation is contract signing, acquisition of 2 keys for your sitter and full payment for services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been caring for animals for over 30 years. I am currently owned by twins, Nickie and Calleigh. I rescued them from the middle of a busy highway when they were 4 weeks old. They are both special needs and require a lot attention, but they have allowed me to live in their home for 12 years.
