Scott and his partner just finished my job. They arrived an hour early this morning - not common among service providers, and Scott trimmed my mesquite by hand. He did an amazing job, they trimmed two fruit trees and fertilized them. I am very pleased with their work and look forward to them returning for continued tree care. I tried to upload photos, but unfortunately they would not be accepted. Suffice to say the work was dramatic.

Excellent service provided. Scott completley removed two trees and a stump along with some other detailed services. Scott is my goto guy for all tree and shrubs services around this old house.
I would give Scott 10 stars if I could! In my opinion, everyone should use him for their arborist needs. He and his associate went above and beyond to deliver high quality work trimming our plants including removal of 3 large cacti, pruning away dead material, blowing leaves, shaping shrubs, trimming palm trees, improving the look and health of the plants, removed a stump in the front yard, and hauled away debris. He even hosed down our patio and impeccably skimmed the pool afterwards, all while working within our budget. He was also very communicative and kept us apprised of the status and let us know when they were coming and going. Highly, highly recommend!
Nolan did an AMAZING job. He worked so hard and made it perfect. Cleaned up after himself each day. He removed 5 large bushes and stumps, trimmed a massive ficus, and put all clippings in a pile for bulk trash. He has been nothing short of amazing. Detailed text updates with photos each day. He comes back when he says he’s going to. Great guy. Great work. Great value. Look no further, he does it all!!! Thanks Nolan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use the principle of value to price out a project, not how long it will take. I take care of everything on-site, which allows me to pass along the non-expenses of labor. I would much rather do a great job within your budget than miss out on the opportunity to help because of a few dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumbtack has perfected the process of working with new customers thru the app. After you reach out with photos and a description of what you want, I'll send you some good numbers to take care of your project. Next, we'll pick out a date to get the project started. The process is nice and easy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twelve years of tree trimming and removal experience, all in the East Valley, along with thirty+ years of sales/ customer satisfaction, has helped me relate to my work.
