Working with Olivia and Elite Accounting Experts has been one of the best financial decisions I've ever made! Every year, like most folks, I'd feel anxious around tax season. Working with franchise tax agencies for many years has often left us with more questions than answers. Elite Accounting Experts, however, provided a personal touch that made the process of filing much more meaningful. That peace of mind cannot be overstated. I operate an LLC and have a number of supplemental forms of income in addition to my full-time work, which have led to convoluted filings, misinformation, and tax penalties that have, historically, made this time of year uniquely stressful. That all changed when we found Olivia and Elite Accounting Experts. She really took the time to get to know me, my family, to understand the nature of my work and elucidate the ways in which I can more accurately calculate my business costs and maximize my refund. Olivia is as personable as she is accessible. Even the three-hour time difference didn't disrupt her responsiveness and attention to detail. Although this time of year is busy for her, she always made us feel as though, we were her first priority. Liv is absolutely amazing! I am glad I took the chance and called her. She came highly recommended from a group on Facebook "black riverside". She got me through a rough period with back taxes and as long as she continues to do taxes, she will be the person I go to. She has held me accountable and kept me on track with the past two years with my taxes. She is very professional, she explains and truly wants you to understand what she is doing and why. Her response time is impeccable. She returns your call promptly, she's available to answer questions, she will call the IRS on your behalf if necessary. I can go on and on, but honestly her work speaks for itself. Current taxes, past taxes, small business, out of country taxes, you need Liv as your new tax preparer!
