Typical projects include a fixed, one-time, consulting engagement to establish a clear path including a starting point and direction. The next step is a two to three month pilot program to test the research, planning, strategy and tactics - this is a monthly investment. Long term execution varies on what you need. I have options for turn key service, occasional support and anywhere in between.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be skeptical. Ask questions and require detailed answers. Make sure to hold us accountable - measurement is key.
