- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about pricing, I give my labor cost and the client buys the materials. I know of many material suppliers who are relatively cheaper in cost and I usually pass the savings on to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up meeting at job sight. 2. Go over job and concerns of potential client. 3. Quote the job if possible at this time. 4. If quote os acceptable set up time for job and elements of the completion. 5. Complete the job with a zero punch list in a timely manner. 6. Inspection by customer(s). 7. Complete transaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up in a large family prepares you for a multitude of trades especially when we all had chores and earned our keep. I'm thankful for starting at 4 years of age on George's Ole' which is now Aunt Cheladas at the Point Resort at Squaw Peak
