Arturo exceeded my expectations. Every project I gave him he arrived on time to the jobs. Gave me great quotes and left me w an amazing finished project. I’d hire him again for just about anything. He demo’d a cinderblock wall for me, put up mailbox, installed pergola. If I could give him more than five stars I would. Great attitude, great work and strong work ethic! Thank you Arturo!!!

Arturo did a great job installing vinyl flooring and trim/moulding in my condo. There was a ton of thinset and tile to take up, and we was very thorough. He has a very good attention to detail, and I am completely satisfied with the project results. I was considering doing this project myself, and am glad I left it to a professional.

I hired J.A.M Demolition to install my yardistry gazebo. Arturo and his guy Tito were awesome. They did a fabulous job as you can see in the attached photos. They came out on Saturday May 9th and Mother’s Day May 10th. I would say it took them 15-16 hours total. They both were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up both days after they left. I couldn’t be more happier with the way my gazebo turned out. I really appreciated all of their hard work. I highly recommend hiring them!!

Arturo and Tito did a fantastic job with the foundation and assembly for this Palram carport. They were punctual, communicative, fair, and extremely hardworking, meeting a deadline to clear the driveway before another project began. WOW is all I can say about Arturo and Tito. They did a fantastic job installing our gazebo. They completed the job in the two days that was estimated at the very reasonable price that was quoted. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
