I hired Kevin to pour a 25'x15' concrete patio. The job took longer to finish than the initial estimate and when it was "finished" it looked terrible! There was concrete splatter all over the fence and patio doors that remains to this day and won't come off! The patio itself, looks like a novice with very little experience did the work. There are uneven spots everywhere and the forms were never removed. I have been in the trades myself for 16 years and have never seen a more unprofessional job or tradesman. I was told, by Kevin, he would make it right. However, my phone calls haven't been returned in about a month and there has been no contact or update from Kevin at all! Kevin comes off as a nice guy but I can't recommend using him to do anything. Now I'm out 2800 dollars and have to find a way to get my money back. I will have to spend 3x what I lost to get someone to remove the existing patio and redo the job! I can't believe a business owner with 40 years experience would or could treat their customers in this way. This has been the worst experience with any contractor I've ever had or heard of.

Good job. Showed up on time, did the job as promised for a good price. Unfortunately, the concrete did not last as hoped, so we will likely be knocking out the concrete and relaying it during a better season (he poured this concrete in winter - not a good time to pour in Flagstaff.)

KT concrete was very prompt and got our concrete patio laid in 2 days from the estimate, which seemed good. The price was reasonable but it was because KT does incredibly sloppy work, that costed us a couple hundred extra dollars to repair. We are in the process of landscaping our backyard (hence the patio) & we had $400 of new rock just put in. The crew for KT slopped all of the extra concrete from the patio onto our brand new rock and just let it dry there. We now have a huge portion of rock that must be replaced...picture below. I called Kevin (the owner) to let him know and he said "Oh, so sorry." & that was it. Very disappointing in this company!

Wow I can't believe that I have a review like this cory you asked me to do something right now and I did it I pull guys off my other job to take care of you we got the job done and then it rained like heck the next day and the next three days so Friday morning I get my guys over there to clean up your job which was today and we got the whole thing cleaned up pull out everything bad I made the job look nice and then I find out that you put a bad review on thumbtack I cannot believe that cory I also have pictures which I'm going to try to put on here right now I am your job is completed we clean up your job and this is what I find out for my friends that you put on Thumbtack I'll give you a good deal I pulled a couple hundred dollars off the job plus pull it off one day for you because you had to have it done right now and I can't believe you did this shame on you you were well taken care ofType your response to this review.
