Laura Fallon Yoga

Introduction: I provide individual, semi-private, and group instruction throughout Flagstaff, Sedona and the surrounding region. I have been teaching for 12 years and love working with people of all ages and abilities and in a wide range of environments from yoga in the local city parks to the Grand Canyon, as well as in people's homes. I believe that yoga can benefit all people in a variety of ways and look for the ways in which I can help open up individual's ideas of what they can do at a wider scope. I focus on alignment, breath, and creativity in all my sessions. I want people to keep doing the work that they need to do to improve their bodies and minds. I want to make it accessible, clear and fun.
