- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're willing to work with your design and budget to achieve any goal you'd like. We have multiple options to get to your dream space while maintaining both luxury and budget finishes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start we'll have an initial discussion to determine if the project is feasible, then schedule an on-site consultation to gather pictures and measurements. From there we'll move into the estimation phase which typically takes 1-2 days and we'll discuss current schedule. Once accepted and everything is approved we'll schedule work and complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company we have a 120+ year combined experience across multiple trades, but primarily as carpenters.
