Introduction: We provide one-on-one personal training and health coaching. We also have fun and effective group personal training and boot camps. Our school is also a certified Krav Maga Alliance school. We have classes all week. Our corporate clients use our services to provide motivational presentations and help create health and ergonomic programs for their employees. We also provide self-defense seminars for large groups.
