Todd at Skylink, Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Todd was responsive, professional and engaging while working through 2-separate security system installations on our home. At my request and with Todd’s technical input it was agreed that the second installation—a camera and NVR upgrade—was necessary.
Pricing for both installations was competitive. I greatly appreciate the onsite support Todd provided regarding the initial software setup and user interface programming for both installations.
− at the end of the day the end-user, the client, not the professional security installer, must be able to actually understand how to use their security system to a sufficient degree. Todd made that possible.

The guy scheduled two different appts and blew both of them off.
The first one time of appt came and he called and said I couldn’t find information about camera I needed to install therefore he waited until the appt time to let me know ..the second appt we talked and texted and he said we didn’t have appt

I have lived in the valley for a very long time and I have had several homes throughout the years and Skylink security has been the best company that I have ever dealt with. I really appreciate the fact that a licensed contractor performs the work and not a person who may or may not be experienced.
My security system and camera system both were installed beautifully and I love being able to control both from my phone. I'm very impressed with the quality and price of the service etc. I would definitely recommend them.
