- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer gives us a call or shoots us a message, we will connect and work on getting you onboarded in our system. From there we will discuss the details about your plumbing project to see how we can best serve you and your needs. Next is to schedule an appointment and get the project looked at and completed if approved by both parties! Simple process to keep the hassle out!
