We can't say enough good things about Bello Construction. From start to finish, their work and communication were amazing. We always knew where things stood, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.

What really set Bello apart was how Narsay handled the unexpected. When problems came up with the architect's plans, Narsay caught them and worked directly with the architects to fix them before they became bigger issues. Later, when we ran into some trouble with the inspector, Narsay advocated on our behalf, stood behind his work, and worked things out with the inspector. It meant a lot to have someone in our corner who cared about getting it right, not just getting it done.

Remodeling can be stressful, but Bello Construction made us feel supported every step of the way. They have become our lifetime go-to contractor, and we'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Narsay listened to our inputs, gave invaluable advice and as team we designed a beautiful casita with attached garage/shop. Over the years, Narsay Bello and company have remodeled two homes for me. He brings an abundance of experience, professionalism, and creativity. In an industry that is notorious for their delays, Narsay completed the projects as promised in the initial quotes!

I had a complete Master Bathroom remodeled into a luxury suite. There was complexity with the sewer lines, and Narsay calmed my angst and notified me that he is a licensed plumber and is capable of addressing it.

In a separate remodel, the house needed a lot of love, and we were short on time before I had to move in. He was so responsive and was able to prioritize the project (granted at a premium cost) but it was all worth it to have it done so promptly!

I continuously recommended Bello Construction and won’t allow anyone else to work on my existing or future homes. He is fairly priced, honest, and communicative. I personally love supporting local family business and highly recommend them!

We hired Bello Construction for a major remodel of our home creating a high end gym and spa in our casita. From the very first time we met with Narsay(owner/contractor) he saw our vision. He listened to us and found ways to make our vision happen. Every step of the way he was on top of our project making sure the details were covered. He was punctual with his deadlines even delivering the final project early! He was also on budget. Two great things to say about any contractor in my opinion. The finished product exceeded our high expectations. I couldn't give any higher of a recommendation to Narsay and Bello Construction. We will definitely be using him again for future projects around our home.
