Over the years, Narsay Bello and company have remodeled two homes for me. He brings an abundance of experience, professionalism, and creativity. In an industry that is notorious for their delays, Narsay completed the projects as promised in the initial quotes! I had a complete Master Bathroom remodeled into a luxury suite. There was complexity with the sewer lines, and Narsay calmed my angst and notified me that he is a licensed plumber and is capable of addressing it. In a separate remodel, the house needed a lot of love, and we were short on time before I had to move in. He was so responsive and was able to prioritize the project (granted at a premium cost) but it was all worth it to have it done so promptly! I continuously recommended Bello Construction and won’t allow anyone else to work on my existing or future homes. He is fairly priced, honest, and communicative. I personally love supporting local family business and highly recommend them!

Narsay was phenomenal from start to finish. Out of the five estimates I received, his pricing was right in the middle, but his professionalism and attention to detail set him apart. He clearly understood my vision and provided valuable insights that enhanced the final outcome. Narsay and his crew were exceptional—always on time, respectful, and focused on quality. He stayed on budget throughout the project and kept me informed every step of the way. No matter the time of day, even while on vacation, he was always available to answer any questions via call or text. His dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. Going through an entire interior renovation can be daunting… I started from scratch trying to identify the space plan for my home and hired an architect thinking this was required for my expansion. He helped me obtain several quotes from local contractors. After several visits outlining my vision, I selected Venus Home as they were one of the ~5-6 candidates. From a cost perspective, they were middle of the road; some contractors were less expensive but I felt more comfortable with their experience and overall knowledge they exuded. 😊 Another thing that resonated with me was that this was a Father & Son local business. I always enjoy when I can support our local businesses and the family connection really made this company extra special. I connected with them not only a professional level but personal level as they were very personable and friendly. From start to finish of the project, they displayed nothing more than professionalism and quick response anytime something came up or issue needed resolution. Even in cases where there were questions on prices and/or implementation details, it was very easy to work with them and they were always extremely reasonable in the solution. Also, the time table for completion was communicated clearly and they delivered as committed. I had other experiences with stores in which I purchased materials from and learned how unreliable deliveries and people that work in this business can be! This made me appreciate Narsay and his dad Sami that much more! 😊 They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of renovation or construction project. - Suzy Ramirez

Simply put, Venus Homes is fantastic. I bought this house knowing it would need to be fully gutted and remodeled. First, I wanted to remove just the one wall to create an open floor plan, but Narsay recommended we remove another one in the living space to make it even more open. We then expanded the master bathroom into the backyard storage room AND added an additional bedroom/bathroom in the back making it a 4 bedroom/3 bath house. The master bathroom is absolutely majestic, it was designed by Sami who was able to fit in a jetted tub and a 7’ shower that my fiancé wanted. The entire house’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC were re-done and we added another HVAC unit in the back portion of the house. The kitchen was moved and expanded, Narsay connected us with his designer and we worked with him until it was perfect with all the bells and whistles. Narsay guided us throughout the project and we kept making changes that he recommended in order to have a much nicer layout. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier at how quickly everything got done. The budget was spot on except for the changes we made and Narsay and his dad were so patient with us when we kept changing our minds about finishing. They are truly an awesome team and Narsay was available anytime I texted him. Once our house was done, we decided to re-finance and the appraisal came back showing we literally made money from this remodel. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing company and would give them 10 stars if possible!!!

My siblings and I had planned to remodel my parents home for them. The house was fairly old and needed a face lift. After months of meetings with contractors and comparing estimates we finally made our decision to go with Venus Home. Narsay and his team worked with us and ensured that we were comfortable although the house was very cluttered due to all the construction. They understood that my parents were still living there and made every effort possible to get their work completed successfully in a timely manner while at the same time made it livable as much as possible. The team was very professional, honest, and mostly very kind. Our neighbors have also done remodels and have gone through the nightmares I am used to hearing about. But Venus Homes set a different tone from the beginning and Narsay was always very responsive and truthful with his work. Friends and family have since been in the home and I have recommended Venus Homes to them. This project took about 2 months to complete and was by far less painful than I had originally imagined. If anyone is looking for a trusted and credited contractor, I would HIGHLY recommend Venus Homes.
