They listened to my ideas, & said they could do exactly what I wanted where the other 2 companies weren’t receptive to a couple of my ideas.

Was looking for a remodel of an existing outdoor kitchen / Ramada. Menotti construction sent a crew to take a look and they heard my vision and began to make it a reality. They adjusted the plan as we made change requests and knocked out a spectacular remodel in just days. Whatever youre looking for, just give Steve Menotti a call and for very reasonable rates his crew will bring your vision to life. Highly recommend these folks. Having hired several contractors recently, many of whom I would not recommend. Menotti gets +5 stars for their commitment to detail and exceptional work ethics.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, site conditions, and materials involved. Our estimates are designed to be transparent and detailed, so you know exactly what’s included and there are no surprises later. We don’t believe in lowball pricing that leads to change orders down the road.
We also proudly offer discounts for active military, veterans, first responders, public service professionals, and teachers as a small way of giving back to those who serve our communities. While we’re always competitive with other licensed contractors, our focus is on fair pricing for quality work done the right way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Once we understand your goals, we schedule a site visit to review the space, take measurements, and discuss options. After that, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope, pricing, and timeline. If you decide to move forward, we coordinate scheduling, keep communication consistent throughout the project, and make sure the job site is respected and cleaned up when the work is complete.
