- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have VERY competitive pricing. Military, first responders, teachers, senior citizens 60 years old+ get discounts on work over $50 with proof. System maintenance inspection are $50 but are applied to work recommended, diagnostic fee is $50 but are applied towards work performed, in person estimates for system replacement or duct work is $50 but is applied towards work performed. This is to differentiate customers who are serious from those who are curious.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls, we get a little bit of information to put into our system. The customer then gets a confirmation text for the time and date of the appointment. When the tech is on the way to the customers provided location, the customer will then get an "on the way" text, allowing the customer to see on a map where the tech is, how long until they arrive, and a picture of the tech so the customer knows who will be coming to the door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduating with honors from RSI (HVAC trade school) and having 14 years in the field servicing, repairing, maintaining, and a/c installations commercial and residential before starting 480 Mechanical, we have seen it all. Call us to see how we can help!
