- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 15% discounts to all new customers and additional 10% discounts to all senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a 65.00 fee that covers the trip and diagnosis fee that is applied to any repair work that we do. We usually can set up appointments the same day or the very next day depending on the time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have extensive amount of training and experience.
