- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off for new customers and an additional 5% off for seniors. We also provide free estimates for new system replacements. Pricing for repairs is based on the diagnosis and the work needed, and we’ll review options and costs before any work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a visit (often same day or next day, depending on availability). We charge an $89 diagnostic fee that covers the trip and troubleshooting, and that fee is applied toward the repair if you move forward with the work. After diagnosing the issue, we explain the findings, review your options, and provide clear pricing before any repairs are completed.

Valleywide Cooling is an Arizona-licensed HVAC contractor (ROC 319916). Our team is trained in residential and light commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and system replacement, including electrical troubleshooting, airflow diagnostics, and safe refrigerant handling.
