This speed was a HUGE relief as our demo guy ruined our concrete foundation flooring during our floor remodel and we had to redo nearly the entire house foundation. I was terrified of a crippling price tag (on top of the remodel we are already paying for), but I also wanted to make sure a professional concrete installer would be doing the repair work. I knew we probably had to do self-leveling concrete throughout the entire house to fix all the gouges in the floor (plus level a room that had a crack and foundation fall 1/2 inch) - self-leveling concrete + labor is not cheap.

Alex did all this and was very reasonably priced, was extremely charismatic, friendly, and my husband and I were both extremely happy to give him our business on the spot. I canceled all other quotes simply because he was in the ballpark of the price I was budgeting for, he discussed his professional background in concrete alleviating our fears of amateur work, his timeline was perfect, and we absolutely loved his personality. Very pleased with the final result - you cannot even tell that there were gouges in the floor before and the room with the broken foundation is back in line with the rest of the room!
