I hired Barreda Law and specifically, Joshua Barreda to be my attorney in my divorce case. I cannot sing his praises enough, he is extremely talented in the court room and fought for me as though he were my family. Josh was incredible during my trial. He held my ex-spouse accountable by catching him in lies and bringing to light his contradictions while also being professional and winning favor with the Judge/The Courts.

Joshua was the second attorney I had to hire in my divorce case. The first attorney I hired did the bare minimum and it was obvious she couldn’t care less about the outcome of my divorce. She made many mistakes and errors through the temporary ruling hearing that by the time I found Joshua he had a lot of clean up work to do and an uphill battle to fight.

Joshua was as advertised and I would recommend him to anyone in my situation. I was a stay at home Mom with four (4) children between the ages of 6-12 when my ex-spouse filed for divorce (after leading me to believe we would go through mediation).

We are still waiting on the final ruling from the Judge, however, regardless of the ruling…Joshua and his law firm did an incredible job and I witnessed his skill and tenacity for myself. His performance was right out of a movie. I could not have been happier or more proud of the representation that Joshua and Barreda Law provided to me.

Hiring and having a bad attorney vs a great attorney during my divorce, taught me many lessons. The biggest one being, a good attorney is worth their weight in gold. Thank you Joshua and Barreda Law firm for fighting for my children and me.

Outstanding Family Law Representation:
Mr. Barreda and his team stood by me during one of the hardest battles I've ever faced--reuniting with my medically fragile child after nearly five years of parental alienation. This was a family law case involving custody enforcement. Mr. Barreda's representation was truly excellent, and he was on top of his game!

He was reassuring, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. Mr. Barreda made my family and me feel heard, valued, and fought for, and he did exactly what he said he would do in court and throughout the process of preparing for court. This being my second divorce, unfortunately! I had learned a lot about the process and what to look out for. I worked with Barreda Law firm and couldn't be happier. Joshua, Patrick and Karen worked very quickly in resolving the divorce and I couldn't be more pleased. For those of you complaining about the cost, go to California and get divorced. Although any legal team is expensive, I felt that Barreda Law was fair priced. The key is they delivered the final settlement very quickly. Thank you to the team, and I hope I won't be needing you again.
