Upon resigning from the Attorney General's Office, he started as an associate attorney with a law firm in downtown Phoenix and thereafter founded Barreda Law, PLLC. Outstanding Family Law Representation: Mr. Barreda and his team stood by me during one of the hardest battles I've ever faced--reuniting with my medically fragile child after nearly five years of parental alienation. I've recently finalized my divorce and I was represented by Josh of Barreda Law. At the beginning of my case I was represented by a different law firm and it was a disaster as their only concern was to run up my legal tab and spend wasteful hours and time running up the tab. Honesty and integrity are everything to me and it was important for me to find representation that shared those same values. Needing a change I researched and interviewed multiple lawyers and eventually hired Josh to represent me and made the change. To make a long story short, Josh represented me with honesty and integrity the whole way. My ex wife was represented by a lawyer that was only interested in running up the tab and his billable hours and in the process trying to run up my bill. Josh communicated this to me the whole way and protected me from the onslaught. He was unbelievable in court representing me as well. Although nobody ever wins in a divorce, during our trial he did get the get outcome I wanted. Josh represented me with honesty the whole way and no shady billing.

This being my second divorce, unfortunately! I had learned a lot about the process and what to look out for. I worked with Barreda Law firm and couldn't be happier. Joshua, Patrick and Karen worked very quickly in resolving the divorce and I couldn't be more pleased. For those of you complaining about the cost, go to California and get divorced. Although any legal team is expensive, I felt that Barreda Law was fair priced. The key is they delivered the final settlement very quickly. Thank you to the team, and I hope I won't be needing you again.
