There was a loose wire in my switch and due to that live line was not working for my dining lights. Mark came in and he started diagnostic check and was able to opened two switches was able to figure out loose wire within 5 mins. He connected wire and it started working. Over he spent around 10 mins and then he asked for $140 which I felt pretty high for connecting one loose wire within 5 mins. So I said you should have told me early on this charges and I felt it was very unfair so I told it cannot be more than $100 and he said $100 is fine and accepted the money. Overall Mark was knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue other than little high on charges. I would recommend him however discuss the charges upfront before he start the work.

Mark came into a messy situation where we had too many things plugged into one outlet, and the breaker kept tripping in the middle of trying to serve customers. He was very thoughtful in providing different options that would work. He took his time to make sure we were happy with the final decision of how to get everything off that single breaker. The bottom line is that he came in and resolved our problem without charging us an arm and a leg. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be calling Mark again if we ever need any electrical help again. Thank you so much.
