- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?our pricing is always fair. we dont have the overhead of the big guns out here but feel we give the same, if not better degree of service. we are always here when needed no matter the date and time. we also love monthly specials as well as return customer specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?we love to spend the time to get to know everybody on a personal level so we can meet your needs everytime . every customer is different, we like to get to know our customers and want to give the very best service so when they need a plumber again we are the first number they call ! we price for return customers not to earn a fortune in one trip!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?i hold licenses both here and in england for plumbing and have been doing this over 15 years. but i am still of the opinion there is always something new to learn every day and i try and learn something every day thats why i love to meet all different people.
