I ended up having a flood in my kitchen which did substantial damage. I hired Brad and his team to remodel my kitchen after that. Words cannot express how amazing Brad and his team were. I called this the project from hell (not fault of Brad). I had so many issues from the cabinets being delayed, to missing or damaged cabinets, having to work with insurance and nightmare after nightmare. Brad was very patient. He is also one of the most honest contractors I met through this process. He was fair in his pricing and his team did an amazing job. When I was having a crisis- he was there to pick up the phone. One morning I woke up to a burst pipe and a NEW flood. I called him at 6am and within 30 mins one of his guys were there to save the day once again. At one point during the project I needed to have a semi usable kitchen as I had guests coming to stay with me. His crew was there 15 hours that day working into the night to make me happy. Brad and his team demo’d my kitchen, removed dry wall, took out my soffit ceiling, fixed plumbing issues, replaced floors, installed cabinets, wired new electric, replaced insulation, made me a temporary sink durning construction, installed the new sink, installed new lighting and assisted in rerouting air ducts after removing the ceiling. He was also a fill in therapist when I was having complete meltdowns through the project lol. My kitchen was absolutely beautiful after they finished. I would rehire Brad and his team without hesitation again. They are truly amazing and did and above and beyond job!!! Thank you Brad.

Brad and his team did a wonderful job with our project. We needed some wooden beams replaced and repainted and they were efficient, did great work and were cost effective. We would hire them again for both large and small projects.

Brad and his team have done an exceptional job with the remodeling projects in our home. We remodeled out kitchen with the, and loved the work and service so much, we asked them to come back to remodel our master bathroom. And we have more projects on the way! theyre all so friendly and helpful, we didnt want them to leave! :o) Highly recommend them for any task. From something as small as screwing in lightbulbs to major plumbling/electrical/demo work!

He replaced quite a bit of plumbing and an upstairs bath/shower. From the day they started up to the clean up, everything was perfect. It was a lot of work but the job was done within the time we agreed. Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer a little bit first to get an idea of what they are looking for. Then schedule time to look at property and discuss project/get measurements. Then I can write up a formal bid for the customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing real estate for 12 years. I started working on properties for a big long term investor in 2012 and started building and growing my business from there.
