- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to be very competitive on my pricing and treat every job as if I were working on my own house. I do charge a two hour minimum in order to provide you with the best and nonrushed service. I offer a 5% discount to current and retired military as I have previously served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make first contact within the app in a timely manner. I prefer to call assuming that the customer is comfortable with that. So that I can get any and all details regarding the upcoming job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 8 years of professional home improvement and I look forward to completing a variety of different tasks.
