- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off how much room your item or items take up when we take it or them away. Just like when you ship a package they bill you for the weight and size of the items you are wanting shipped.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers, it gives us a chance to grow. We first like to find out what the customer needs and how fast they need it. Next we like to understand their expectations of us. For example is someone thinking we are going to show up with 1 person or 3 people to take away a couch. So we tend to ask more questions and communicate more than other companies. This is because we want both our expectations and the customers to match so we have a good experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 25 years of experience working with customers and hauling junk, demolition work, shoveling, grading, working, and understanding how to handle every job.
