FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I’m one of many on a waiting list for a boundary survey, and that gave me time to consider the implications of why I need a survey. Pure and simple, the city did not require nor encourage my neighbors to survey their property before starting to build their DIY fence. My advocacy with my neighbor and the city got nowhere, so I’m stuck with the cost of protecting both of our property rights.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When asking about costs for a boundary survey, Please consider the following to help us give you our best pricing; 1. How large is the property? (1/2 acre, 5 acres, 100 acres) 2. Is it a lot in a subdivision or a portion of a section of land (a little about the legal description). 3. Reason for the land survey (ie. new/old fence line, building addition, neighbor dispute, etc.)
