- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can vary a little bit, depending on the type of project, but $40/hr is my general rule of thumb.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to provide my clients with two or three design options to consider. When one is chosen, I then develop a final version in multiple formats for a variety of situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in graphics design from the University of Kansas. I also have more than seven years of professional experience in video production.
