Rich Elley is a licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Rich received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Gonzaga University School of Law where he was awarded the Excellence in Business Anti-Trust CALI award and graduated with the honor of Cum Laude.
