- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate based on the experience that I have acquired over the years and will share with you on your projects. Know that when I am hired to do a job, it will get done right! My rate is $25 an hour. Discounts are given when referrals are sent, hired and have made their payment. A $15 discount is given for these referrals on the next project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe communication is key. I would like to speak with my new client and see what their expectations are. I would like to know exactly what they would like and make sure I deliver that the first time and in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management. I have over 20 years experience in accounting, specifically a/p, payroll, timesheets and expense reports. I have just as many years in data entry. I'm very detail oriented.
