Stairs changed my whole outlook on strength training and working out in a gym. I’ve always disliked disliked and avoided gym environments, but, decided to work with Steve primarily because I have osteopenia and needed to get serious about weight bearing exercise. This is the third months I have been training with Steve three times per week. I cannot be more pleased with the results! I see noticeable improvement of my body strength and cardio intensity. I feel more energetic as my body fat reduced. Steve make the one hour session goes by very fast by introducing different exercises and alternating cardio with weight training. I also enjoy exercising outdoor in a neighborhood park, especially during this pandemic. Steve is genuinely interested in helping me to not only lose weight, but toimprove health and quality of life overall by giving me advise on diet and sleep. I would like to find out what your goals are and create a preliminary custom training and nutrition plan tailored to your abilities, goals and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have over fifteen years professional experience helping clients of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels.
