I'm Emma Mattison, a NASM-certified personal trainer, functional aging specialist, and nutrition coach. With degrees from the University of Arizona and a current graduate pursuit with Concordia St. Paul University, I'm passionately dedicated to Exercise Science and Physiology for mature adults.
