Introduction
Hello, my name is Kyle Liston and I started Tactical Fitness over 5 years ago. Since then I have helped hundreds of people of all ages with their fitness and nutrition. Everyone has the opportunity to make changes. So why not make a life change now? If you want to be get in great shape and still be able to eat a lot of what you want, I'll be happy to show you how. Many have come to me saying, "How do I lose weight?" or "I can't drop my weight no matter what I do!" My replay is simple. It all comes down to basic input and output. There is no magic pill, sorry! There are however, easy ways to make your body work for you and not against you. If you are reading this then you must be curious or in the above situation. I will gladly take you step by step and show you that it doesn't have to be such a huge task to get from where you are now to where you want to be. I started training with Kyle because I tore my ACL two years ago playing soccer and have been unable to play sports since then. I've also gained weight due to this lack of exercise. My experience with Kyle has been awesome - I was a little intimidated to start training, but Kyle is patient at the same time as pushing me to do my best. He takes a holistic approach to training, helping me with my diet and answering any questions I have as they come up. He's very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition and he always takes care to ensure I won't re-injure my knee. I've seen significant improvement in my strength, my weight, and my overall health in general and I hope to start playing sports again very soon. He also has great discounts for group workouts, so now I train with a friend and it's been a great experience so far. All in all I couldn't ask for a better trainer!

I have used the services of many trainers in the past and find that Tactical Fitness is one of the best. Kyle is very good about customizing workouts that work for you. He pays special attention to proper form and teaches you about proper technique and nutrition. He is also very encouraging and will not let you slack. I highly recommend Tactical Fitness to anyone.

Hi, my name is Roxanne. I'm 49 and an admitted workaholic. I was 224 lbs, on a 5000 + a day fast food diet, completely sedentary, sleeping 2-3 hours a night and unable to prioritize any form of exercise into my life. This was August of 2015. Long story/short, I was on the road to a heart attach and definitely while hard to admit obese. I was really good at making up every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't start to get healthy. Finally, I decided that I wanted to change everything and needed help but had no idea where to start. I had worked out with many trainers in the past, tried every fad diet you can think of and was victim of the start/stop get in shape program. Through my google searching, I happened upon a site where you enter your goals and situation and personal trainers enter a bid for you to review. I had 7 trainers respond to my request to help me start a program. I had my first workout with Kyle and we were off to the races. As I think back to our first session and consultation, I asked him to give me the hardest work out he could muster up. OH BOY, did he. I thought I was going to die BUT didn't... I'm sure he didn't think I was going to come back. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to come back. And guess what I have kept coming back. It has been 10 months now. I have lost 50+ pounds, learned how to eat healthy, picked up bike riding (thanks to him), sleeping 6-8 hours a night AND still able manage my crazy work schedule. So, why did I keep coming back? Kyle is the reason. He did an outstanding job getting to know me, what my issues were, how to push me the right away, exercised extreme patience, provided easy health education, helped me with my internal motivation and established a regimen that was specific to my body and abilities. I finally understand what and when to eat because of the work he did with helping me with meal planning. He is perfect mix of motivation, support and tough. If you don't know where to start or continue to start and stop... You need to consider Kyle. I'm confident I will be at my goal by the end of the year. I feel absolutely amazing! I have a coach, mentor and support system in Kyle.

In a short amount of time, Kyle has helped me bust out of a fitness plateau. I've gained strength and fitness, lost fat, and best of all have see huge improvements in my mountain biking! I highly recommend Kyle as a personal trainer and I plan to continue working with him for a long time to come!

Kyle was a great person to work out with, especially for someone like me who was pretty new to weight training. He had lots of fun and creative workouts for me to keep me from getting bored and I quickly noticed the great results! I lost all my baby weight! I would recommend Kyle to anyone!
