Thank you for the feedback. While the pumping service wasn’t able to be completed, our technician did come out and spent time on site doing everything possible to locate the septic tank based on the information available. Without a cleanout or confirmed location, and after about 30 minutes of probing the area, he spoke with both you and your wife. It was agreed at that time to cover the trip charge and have a plumber run a camera to assist with locating the tank. Everything seemed to be understood and in good standing when the technician left. Our service manager also followed up right away to make sure all was clear and to offer support if needed. We know dealing with septic issues can be stressful, and we’re always here to help when you’re ready to move forward. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be of service.

Great job. Great contractors. Only issue was it would’ve been nice to know that my whole yard was going to get dug up. I could’ve saved some more of my plant species. All in all these guys were professionals and friendly.

I was very impressed with TKS' detailed businesslike response to my Thumbtack Inquiry. Tanya, who handles all the appointments, paperwork, etc. got back to me within one hour with a detailed explanation of everything that would be provided to satisfy ADEQ Report of Inspection and Notice of Transfer paperwork. After we spoke and she checked property records (there were no records) she got back to me with estimates based on the likely size of the tank for the house. They will bill the title company directly, so I didn't even have to deal with payments. I was sick and didn't get to sleep until about 5:00am. They were supposed to be there at 8:00am, so I sent Tanya a text asking if they could come later and they juggled their schedule.....allowing me to get some sleep.... MUCH appreciated!! They arrived later that day...on time. After they finished, they put everything back and I couldn't even tell they had been there. I wouldn't hesitate to use TKC again. I was impressed with how they communicated everything in writing; sent me a contract almost immediately, etc., etc. Thank you very much Yolanda! We appreciate your feedback!

We want our customers to know that we are here to help. Many times our services require a visit to the property to properly assess the situation and provide the most accurate estimate to remedy the issue. We offer this service free of charge, but welcome a phone call in order to serve you best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we like to hear about your situation and if we are a good fit to help you remedy the issue. If so, we will gladly provide you a quote over the phone or schedule an on-site estimate to assess your issue and do our very best to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience directly related to the septic and sewer industry. Every employee of our business is a certified septic inspector through NAWT and is qualified to help troubleshoot and correct your particular situation.
