- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began singing at church when I was a teen, and I feel that God has led me in my journey as a musician and a teacher.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help students find their true voice. By teaching proper vocal technique, vocal placement, diaphragmatic breathing, and relaxation, it allows the student to let go of a need to control their voice, and allow their voice to sing out.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am particularly proud of some of my past student's and their achievements. Either graduating from college with a degree in voice, winning vocal competitions, being selected to elite summer stock programs, such as Circle in the Square in New York City, or being one of the top ten finalists in the Distinguished Young Woman of America contest. I am proud of the achievements of all my students, and love watching them grow in their gifts.
