- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the time spent on each project. Tax returns are fixed fee and include follow up, explanation of your tax return, advisory, estimates and other services as needed. Discounts are offered to long term & repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial call to discuss the client, their needs, their business and their expectations to determine whether we are a good match. Then, I request financials, previous tax returns or any documentation I may need to complete the project. Once started on the project, there are always additional questions, so I will reach out once more. Upon completion, I will send the client the completed documents as well as schedule a phone call to go over the product. I will answer any questions in the final call. After completion of the project, I am still available by phone or email to respond to any questions that the client may have.

I am a licensed CPA in NY and AZ.
