- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
People should understand that my pricing comes from a lot of experience and knowing what it takes to get the job done. I try to stay competitive and love repeat customers so I try to stay as affordable as possible. I would like to be your official tree guy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I'll start off with having the customer send me pictures of the trees which is all I need most of the time. There may be times when I may still want to come take a look in person or upon the customer's request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this business when I was 15 and over the past 23 years of trimming trees I have learned growth patterns and what is best for a tree and it's overall health.
