- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to your website there are several things to look at when choosing the website that is right for your business. We believe that sometimes less is better, we know that consumers depending on your industry and the type of client you are trying to attract. As your business grows as should your website needs wants and desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Consultation, from there we find budget and expectations for the website and how we will also implement a strategy for driving more organic traffic to the website. We want to make sure that you are not just coming here to get a one-time connection. We learn about your business, its process, target client and audience so when we design your website and marketing strategy we know who your clients are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Sales and Marketing, I have worked for Godaddy and most recently for Yelp.com. While at Yelp I really learned a lot about consumer behavior and how consumers are searching for business locally. I have been able to use the knowledge from 1000's of business owners who have had success and those who have not had success. I have been able to come up with marketing strategies that work.
