- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are never a surprise. Each client understands session pricing information before we begin. Life coaching sessions are flat fee per session with a multi-session discount. Estate / Home / Office Organizing considers the depth, breadth, type of organizing, and the timing /urgency of the project and is quoted with a per-hour and per-project rate. Retainer and Milestone Plans are available for long-term projects. Simple projects can be very affordable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like our initial consultation to be a relaxed chat via phone for typically 15-30 minutes. I explain my terms of service and make sure you, the client, understand and are comfortable with how we will work together. We'll dive into some specific and thought-provoking questions to be able to ascertain the scope, goals and desired outcomes, and to determine a realistic timetable. We will also discuss your readiness to bring your project to the "Hooray, we're done!" stage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Life Coach and Professional Organizer for 28 years. I have held a number of positions in management, leadership, financial operations, human resources, small business, start-up business, and private estate management that have built a body of experience to provide a strong foundation across many platforms of knowledge. My work history has encompassed the private, non-profit and public spheres. Additionally, I like to incorporate the experiences I have from travelling the world and seeing how people from different countries, cultures, work environments, family situations, and living arrangements are successful and make these ideas, tips and processes work for YOUR project and YOUR success.
