I owned my own company for 20+ years, performing bookkeeping and accounting work for clients on site using QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Enterprise for accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, including accounts receivable, (A/R), bank deposits, bank account reconciliations, accounts payable, (A/P), billing, payroll, payroll liabilities filing, profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance and problem solving, including auditing records. My current client list includes: law firm, real estate investing company with five affiliates, general building contractor, restaurants and non profit organizations to include churches and home owner associations. I create custom chart of accounts specific to a client's business which results in clear and concise financial reports. Also experienced in operations, request for quotations (RFQ), and supplier relations. I enjoy working in businesses assisting with bookkeeping and accounting in daily business processes. While performing the daily tasks, I work with clients suggesting ways to make things better.
