I recently got my AC units replaced, and Alex was great to work with. He was responsive to the initial request, came out quickly to give a free estimate, and was very reasonably priced. He was able to schedule me the same week and installed both units in a day. When there was an issue with one of the units after installation, he came back to the house the very next morning to quickly fix the issue, and now everything is working great. Would definitely recommend.

I had a recommendation from another company to install a Hard Start Kit 5-2-1 Saver, as well as a new capacitor. I was unsure if it was actually needed, so I messaged Desert Cool for a second opinion. Alex from Desert Cool helped me walk through why someone would install a 5-2-1 Saver, as well as replacing the capacitor. From my understanding, he helped me realize that I don't need it replaced quite yet, and he didn't try to push to sell a 5-2-1 saver like the other company did. If I end up needing a new capacitor, I'm going to use Desert Cool Mechanical because I appreciated his advice without trying to be pushy in selling extra things that weren't needed.
