- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are $100 per half hour. If retained, we will credit the first $100 back to you on your first invoice. Our firm bills hourly. We are not currently accepting pro bono (free) cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first run a conflict check to ensure that we have not spoken with or represented the other party. Once that is clear, we have an initial consultation in which we talk with the potential client so that we and the client can determine if we are a good fit for each other. If the potential client is interested, we will provide them with a retention agreement and answer any questions they may have before they decide whether to sign it.
