Jeiel took the time to explain what he was doing, completed the work in record time and showed me pictures of what he had done. I'm very happy with his work and would hire Orange Gator again if I need electrical work.

Michael did a great job. Very professional and honest in his appraisal of what I needed to do to upgrade some outlets and my circuit breakers.
I live in Chandler AZ, And I was having a smoke detector problem that was chirping for a month. I tried everything. I got on my laptop and looked up electricians that were local, and OrangeGator came up, I filled out a very short questionnaire, and Michael the Co- owner called me right back.
He was here within a half hour and within 45 minutes the problem was solved! No more birds chirping in my ears... for a very reasonable price. Michael and his apprentice were very professional and courteous, I could not recommend him, OrangeGator, more Highly. 5 stars.

Mike and Hunter did are great job, start to finish. From initial contact, to supplying detailed options and associated estimates, to working well into the evening to fix one issue, to getting permits and city OKs, and making all repairs/upgrades in a timely, efficient and professional manner, they did a fantastic job. I woudon't hesitate to call Orange Gator for any electrical issue.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we evaluate the work needed and a proper safety check is complete we will give an up front price. We believe in transparency, therefore we cannot give a quote without seeing the job in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is the order of a service call we focus on.
1. Safety Check: First, we make sure everything is safe. Your family’s safety is our top priority. We check for any safety concerns or hazards. If there is anything of note we will bring them to your attention.
2. Building Options: Next, we talk to the client about what they want. We come up with different ideas and options for the job. This helps the client choose what's best for them.
3. Completing Work: Once we agree on the plan, we start the work. We do the job carefully and make sure it's done right. We use only top quality materials and focus on quality control.
4. Cleaning Up: After the work is finished, we clean up the area. We want it to look nice and tidy. Cleaning up is part of doing a good job. We want any area we work in to look better than when we arrived.
So, safety first, then planning, then the work, and finally, we leave everything clean and nice. That's how we work with new clients!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the residential electrical service industry. During this time, I've had the privilege of running and establishing the most prominent residential electrical company in our region. This experience allowed me to deeply understand the nuances of providing top-quality electrical services to homeowners.
Furthermore, I've successfully launched my own company, driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to provide even more tailored services to our clients. As part of my journey, I've had the opportunity to recruit and train over 100 technicians. This investment in people reflects my dedication to maintaining high standards and ensuring that our team is not just skilled but also aligns with our values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
When you choose my company, you're not just benefiting from my extensive experience, but also from a team that I've personally trained and cultivated to deliver the best in residential electrical services. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
