Patrick & Michele were such great help for me to go through a relocation trial. I have to admit that this was one of the most emotional times of my life. The Sampair Group was able to simplify the process for me so I could focus more of my time with parenting and my job. Initially, I was thinking of not hiring an attorney but after spending some time discussing my case with Patrick, I realized very quickly that I needed help. Patrick and Michele always made themselves available to me and help walk me through all the legal processes along the way. Most importantly, they stayed focussed on what was important and won my case for my son and I. I don't believe I would have ever been able to handle this alone. Erica, the Receptionist was so nice. Her phone etiquette is top notch and if she wasn’t sure about something she made sure to find out and get back to me. Rick’s background knowledge assured me I was in the right place. He was so helpful. My Attorney Brandy was very direct and helped me see things clearly. She is very knowledgeable in this field and her professionalism especially during trial was bar none. I’m so appreciative that she was my Attorney. I highly recommend her. Stephanie her Paralegal was so empathetic and professional. She was easy to talk to and pleasant. She is amazing! Great lawyer in divorce. Straight with facts. Got a fair resolution. I had a different law firm pursue my case initially but after 14 months of them shuffling the same drafts over and over I fired them. They weren't cheap either ($2500 - $3500 a month). When Sampir took my case he lived up to his consultation. I got my divorce in about 3 and a half months. It was fair, the price was just, the whole firm was supportive and there was certainly NO nickeling and diming. Lessons: Hire an experienced Lawyer like Sampir who knows the law, is honest to lay it straight to you and also listen/follow his advice. I can go on and on but a word to the wise is enough.
