Arrowhead Painting just completed a large project that included the interior painting of my 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, which presented quite a few challenges—high vaulted ceilings, my recent move-in from out of state, and a constant flow of my belongings and dogs in the way. Despite these obstacles, Dylan and his crew exceeded all expectations. Dylan is truly exceptional. He leads by example, demonstrating the best practices and procedures for his team. I was impressed by how closely he worked with his crew, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project. Rather than just giving orders, he took the time to show them exactly what needed to be done and what was expected—an approach that clearly results in outstanding work. His hands-on leadership earned him the respect and admiration of his team, who appreciated his willingness to roll up his sleeves and work alongside them. Throughout the project, Dylan and his team were always patient, friendly, and approachable, even with the chaos of my busy home and energetic dogs. Dylan and his team were an excellent hire. Very professional and thorough. They also touched up and lined up spots that weren't even quoted and came back the following day to ensure nothing was missed. The corners and joints look perfectly aligned throughout.
